SW-Sinter Foil

Description:

SW-SINTER FOIL is flexible, cold-formable composite of glass fiber reinforced impregnated Phlogopite mica paper and one or two layers (F version) of non woven glass. All components are bonded together with a hightemperature resistant silicone resin.
SW-SINTER FOIL has following characteristics: asbestos free, high elasticity and high mechanical stability.
SW-SINTER 04 also resists tearing.

Application:

SW-SINTER FOIL is used as a slip plane, coil insulation for the coreless induction furnace, wrapping material for the crucible form, protective barrier during sintering of the lining material
